Refund & Return Policy
1. Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If an error is verifiably on our part, we will cover the cost of a replacement or a refund.
2. Lost in Transit
If carrier tracking indicates that a product was lost in transit, you must contact us at abderrahmanbkhti@gmail.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to an investigation. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.
3. "Delivered" but Missing Packages
If the carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered to your address but you have not received it:

vawven brand and our fulfillment partners will not make any refunds or resend the product in this instance.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for a lost shipment.
4. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
Once you have confirmed your order, it is usually processed immediately. Therefore, it might not be possible to edit or cancel your order. If you notice an error in your address or order parameters, please contact us immediately. While we are not bound to make modifications after confirmation, we will do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis if the order has not yet entered production.
6. Buyer's Remorse & Size Exchanges
Because every item is printed specifically for you, vawven brand does not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Buyer’s Remorse: We do not refund orders for change of mind.

Size Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges or refunds for choosing the wrong size. Please consult the size charts provided on each product page before ordering.
7. Special Provisions for EEA and UK Users
For users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, the risk of loss of and title for products passes to you only when you (or a designated third party) have acquired physical possession of the items. For merchants sending orders to Germany, legal responsibility for loss or damage remains with our fulfillment partner until the shipment verifiably crosses the German border.
